Mustafa Z. Younis is an internationally recognized scholar and was a member of the Executive Committee of the International Society for Research of Healthcare Financial Management. Dr. Younis has authored and published over 200 articles, abstracts and presentations in refereed journals and meetings, and has presented at national and international conferences. Dr. Younis has administrative experience as Senior Advisor for the President at Zirve University, Turkey and as Chair of the Department of Health Policy and Management at Florida International University (FL, USA) where he led the accreditation efforts for the Healthcare Management Program. Dr. Younis has a history of playing visible roles on the editorial boards of journals as Chief Editor, Guest Editor and Editorial board member of leading journals such as IJMR, JHCF, Inquiry, JHHSA, JPBAFM Dr. Younis is a frequent speaker for both academic and professional audiences. His talks often feature his latest research and work in progress as well as cross-industry trends and strategy implications. He has provided workshops and presentation for wide organizations. His research and findings applied to for-profit, non-profit settings, and government. Dr. Younis has consulted with several organizations on Healthcare Finance, and Economics. Dr. Younis is often invited to speak about the challenges in the healthcare industry and other related topics to health economics, finance, and research. He has presented topics, such as, healthcare reform, ownership structure, profitability, unit cost, payment system and efficiency in management, at a variety of forums and conferences in Europe, Asia and Middle East.

Susette Brynard is currently a lecturer in Education Management at the University Free State, South Africa. Previously she was Head of the Department Natural Sciences, Bloemfontein College of Education. She was born in South Africa and graduated at the University Free State to receive a B. Sc.-degree. While lecturing Biology at an Education College she commenced her studies at the University of the Free State, where she received the B Ed (honors) and M Ed Degrees Cum Laude and then her Ph.D. She received numerous awards during her studies and published two papers on the Education and development of Down syndrome learners. She has been involved in creating opportunities for Down syndrome children and provided support for parents and families with Down syndrome children for many years. She is doing ground-breaking work on the role of parents in the education of Down syndrome learners.

Han Roeters trained as a registered nurse and Nurse Anaethetist in the Netherlands. After emigrating to New Zealand (NZ) in 1984, he registered as a NZRN and holds a MA in Health Sciences and PgDip in Health Informatics from the University of Otago, Dunedin, NZ. He has held several senior nursing and health management positions. Currently he is a senior nursing lecturer at UCOL in Palmerston North, NZ. He has 10 year experience in competency assessment of IQN. Han has provided several conference presentations at a variety of subjects including dementia care, health informatics and nursing simulation.

Maria Teresa Parisotto obtained the Nursing Diploma in 1974 and the Nursing Management Diploma in 1976, at the Nursing School Ospedale San Carlo, Milan, Italy. At the beginning of her career she worked as Nurse Manager in a Dialysis Unit, Ospedale San Paolo, Milan, Italy. In 1980 she left the hospital and started to work as Application Specialist first, Marketing Director Peritoneal Dialysis afterwards in Fresenius Medical Care Italy. In 1999 she moved to Fresenius Medical Care headquarters (Bad Homburg, Germany) as Director Peritoneal Dialysis for Europe, Middle East and Africa. From 2006 till 2016 she worked in Fresenius Medical Care Deutschland GmbH – NephroCare Coordination, Bad Homburg, Germany as Director Nursing Care Management for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Currently she is working Fresenius Medical Care Deutschland GmbH – Care Value Management, as Chief Nurse Advisor. Her main areas of interest and experience are Vascular Access Cannulation and Care, Hygiene and Infection Control, Dialysis processes analysis, Safety in Dialysis. Her publications focused on Peritoneal Dialysis, Haemodialysis safety and quality and Vascular Access cannulation and care. She participated in scientific projects with EDTNA/ERCA as co-author for the development of “Environmental Guidelines for Dialysis – A practical Guide to Reduce the Environmental Burden of Dialysis”, Co-Editor for the development of “Vascular Access Cannulation and Care – A Nursing Best Practice Guide for Arteriovenous Fistula” and editor of the “Vascular Access Cannulation and Care – A Nursing Best Practice Guide for Arteriovenous Graft”.

Lynn Motz is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and has practiced in the critical care area for 17 years. Dr. Motz is a member of the Surgical Intensivist team in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit specializing in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery. Dr. Motz completed scholarly work using predictive analytics to improve patient outcomes. Additionally, Dr. Motz is an involved member of the advanced practice leadership group at an academic medical center with a focus on onboarding, orientation, and education of advanced practice nurses
